      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct independent advanced research and manage project activities for federally funded awards
      - Oversee data collection, management, analysis, and synthesis for program evaluation
      - Assist in writing research memos, presentations, and reports for grant reporting
      - Supervise and train other student employees and support community outreach initiatives
      - Contribute to peer-reviewed research and statistical program analysis

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in project management, data management, data analysis, communications, and report generation
      - Must be available during standard business hours (M-F 8am-5pm)
      - Ability to work effectively under general supervision from faculty or research coordinators
      - Strong critical thinking and communication skills
      - Demonstrated professionalism and leadership abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in research writing and statistical program development
      - Familiarity with literature search and synthesis techniques
      - Previous involvement in community health projects or initiatives
