      What We Look For in Future Student Safety Analyst Hires

      We regularly seek professionals with:
      • Experience in content moderation, digital safety, or alert monitoring
      • The ability to analyze written or image-based content and identify safety risks
      • Familiarity with K-12 student behavior, wellness issues, and sensitive topics
      • Comfort working with AI-generated alerts and escalation protocols
      • Strong judgment and the ability to respond quickly and accurately in urgent situations

      Preferred experience includes backgrounds in education, social work, law enforcement, psychology, or EdTech support.
