What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Advise individual students and student organizations
- Coordinate, implement, and maintain support services related to student life and engagement
- Conduct special projects and programs
- Prepare and present materials that reflect student advocacy training
- Collaborate across campus with other stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Completion of one or two years of post-bachelor degree work
- One to three years of related work experience in administration and program development
- Written and verbal fluency in a foreign language may be required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in a human services related field
- Experience working with young adults and program development
- Knowledge of Asian/Pacific Islander American cultures
- Experience with marginalized student communities in higher education contexts
- Knowledge of national trends in diversity and inclusion
