      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee a caseload of students to monitor engagement, including attendance and logins
      - Provide proactive support to students using data resources
      - Assist students and Learning Coaches during the onboarding experience
      - Serve as the primary point of contact between students, Learning Coaches, teachers, and administration
      - Pursue continuous education and training to meet the evolving needs of students and Learning Coaches

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Two (2) years of college AND two (2) years of experience in education OR equivalent combination of education and related experience
      - Ability to pass a required background check
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with online learning experiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Four (4) years of college education
      - Experience working with the proposed age group
      - Experience supporting adults and children in learning and technology use
      - Ability to learn new technology tools quickly
