- Req#: 122783
- Represent the Arts, Humanities, Communication & Social Sciences programming at Dunwoody’s Open Houses.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Art Room.
- Prepare classrooms for the new semester.
- Additional tasks related to the AHCS program’s instruction, courses, and classrooms may be assigned
- Scan physical documents.
- Organize electronic files.
- Maintain a file naming strategy.
- Assist with events.
- Other clerical duties as assigned.
- Registered student at Dunwoody College.
- Ability to communicate with supervisor.
- Punctual, reliable, and consistent.
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work with confidential information.
- Proficient in MS Office suite.
- Ability to operate a multifunction printer for scanning and emailing.
- Demonstrates initiative and flexibility; can complete tasks with limited or ambiguous instructions.
