      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with Account Executives and Account Managers to align call campaigns with specific client requirements
      - Generate new subcontractor leads for action by the subcontractor specialist team
      - Follow up with Prime Contractors to drive subcontractor connections and resolve escalations
      - Utilize Salesforce.com and Gong Engage to maintain accurate campaign and opportunity information
      - Increase brand awareness through effective outbound communication strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales, or a Business Development Representative (BDR) role
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
      - Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Sugar, or other CRM systems
      - Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Ability to speak fluent English and Spanish

      - Understanding of consultative, solution sales, or similar models
      - Strong understanding of sales methodologies
      - Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
      - Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with shifting priorities
