What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research and gather medical claim information from insurance companies and third-party sources
- Verify attorney representation and liability insurance involvement
- Support the recovery of funds for clients involved in accidents caused by another party
- Document and record information based on phone calls, emails, and return files
- Contact related parties to obtain necessary information and negotiate payment arrangements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum 6 months of experience in health insurance, medical claims, data entry, or customer service
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Working knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security rules
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethics
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) skills preferred
