- Provide strong customer service while guiding members through medical benefit offerings
- Adhere to company guidelines, policies, and HIPAA regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Proficient multitasker with attention to detail
- Strong phone and writing skills
- Comfortable working in a high-paced remote environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficient with Google Suite products or equivalents
- Familiarity with medical insurance and benefits
