      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical leadership and oversight for substation civil and structural engineering projects
      - Manage project timelines and budgets while ensuring quality deliverables
      - Direct engineering design and construction functions within assigned projects
      - Interface with clients and contractors to ensure project execution aligns with scope
      - Conduct quality assurance practices and mentor team members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
      - Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) license
      - Proficiency with relevant codes and standards, including NESC
      - Experience in structural steel, reinforced concrete, and foundation design
      - Ability to effectively organize multiple complex assignments and meet deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration
      - Knowledge of financial analysis and departmental budget management
      - Experience with STAAD or RISA analytical software
      - Familiarity with the Electric Utilities, Power Generation, or Petrochemical industries
      - Demonstrated ability to create and review substation design drawings
