- Deliver and model exceptional customer service
- Train and support team members on food prep, safety, and service
- Assist with hiring, scheduling, and performance feedback
- Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and equipment
- Manage inventory and ordering to minimize waste
- Control labor, food cost, and expenses to meet budget goals

Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on, customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to help lead our Subway location. In this role, you’ll support daily operations, coach team members, and ensure food quality and service standards are met. You’ll also step in for the Store Manager when needed and help drive a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

• 18 years of age or older• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English• Job requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division and multiplication)• Ability to show patience and articulate well during the training of new employees• Ability to lift 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
