- Drive the commercial success of the IDEAL combine harvester across the EME region in alignment with Fendt’s strategic goals
- Develop and manage targeted sales campaigns and support digital sales funnel execution with regional teams
- Analyze customer satisfaction data, identify key issues, and implement corrective actions to enhance customer experience
- Plan, organize, and execute regional harvesting events, including product launches, fairs, and dealer events
- Manage key accounts and represent Fendt in all IDEAL-related matters with internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, agriculture, ag-machinery or a related field (or an equivalent qualification)
- At least 5 years of professional experience in agricultural engineering with strong product knowledge
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
- High willingness to travel and fluency in English necessary. Italian is a strong asset, other European languages are a bonus
- Affinity for digital processes
- Strong understanding of agricultural sector required

You’ll ensure customer satisfaction, coordinate major events, and represent the brand with internal and external stakeholders.
