      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Use recovery experience and training to help families and consumers define their recovery goals and develop necessary skills
      - Communicate effectively with consumers and their families about the substance abuse delivery system and their rights
      - Provide support in scheduling necessary appointments for consumers or family members
      - Collaborate with the clinical team to facilitate care coordination and support for consumers in recovery
      - Document all interactions with consumers and advocate on their behalf

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
      - 3+ years of community outreach work experience with knowledge of local culture and resources
      - Intermediate computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
      - Must reside in Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, or Utah
      - Current or past lived experience with substance use disorders to support member recovery

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Social Work or a related field
      - Peer Support Specialist Certification
      - 2+ years of experience understanding recovery and resiliency principles
      - 1+ years of experience working with the Medicaid population
