- The KDP 2025 Summer Intern Program will run from June 2 – August 8, 2025
- Full-time; 40 hours per week
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00am until 5:00pm
- Hybrid
- Lead marketing & communications focused projects in areas of campus recruitment, TA operations and talent acquisition intern program management
- Plan and execute several events for summer intern program
- Drive engagement strategy with peers and organizational leaders for virtual internship program through internal tools and LinkedIn Spotlight Series
- Assist in compiling campus recruitment best practices research and creating recommendations based upon findings
- Working with HR Communications Team to create approved recruiting event materials, including marketing flyers and company overview presentations
- Work to optimize hiring tools and technologies
- Create an on-brand video to celebrate our interns for National Intern Day
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and assist with HR Communications projects, as requested
- Follow all Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures
- Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a challenging, cross functional team environment
- Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders
- Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting
- Be paired with a mentor to enhance your knowledge of other parts of the business and build your network
- Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department vice president and other KDP stakeholders
