      What you will do

      Location: London (Hybrid – at least 2 days/week in our very central office with a Bank of Englang view!)

      Duration: Summer Internship (3 awesome months, flexible joining date)

      The gig: Hey there! We're looking for a curious, proactive, and enthusiastic HR Summer Intern to join our team in London. You'll help us build a great workplace by supporting fun employee engagement projects, communications, and essential HR admin tasks. This role offers a balanced mix of creativity and administrative responsibilities—perfect for someone who wants variety in their day!

      What you'll be doing:

      • Handling essential administrative HR tasks, including employee file reviews, record archiving, file management and other adimnistrative bits and bobs (around 50% of your time).
      • Help with policy creation, research and process streamlining.
      • Assisting with organizing engaging employee events, activities and celebrations.

      • Creating visuals, brochures and updating our SharePoint portal with content.

      • Creating clear, engaging communications and visuals that support our HR initiatives.

      • Contributing your ideas and solutions—we genuinely value your input!

      What you should bring

      • You're curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

      • You're comfortable tackling administrative tasks and enjoy organizing and streamlining processes.

      • You have some practical or theoretical understanding of HR or other people-facing functions.
      • You’re great at researching solutions and finding answers independently.

      • You have strong communication skills and enjoy crafting engaging messages.

      • You're creative enough to use visual tools like Canva or PowerPoint effectively.

      • You’re organized, attentive to detail, and can juggle multiple tasks calmly and efficiently.

      • You're adaptable, resourceful, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
