      Join 2,800 employees in our 10-week summer internship program which will provide aspiring professionals with the rare opportunity to explore the aviation industry and gain experience at an airline. Our interns receive hands-on experience, mentorship, a collaborative environment, career coaching, professional development, and networking opportunities.

      As an intern, you will make an impact on the company by contributing to hands-on projects and department business needs. You will experience larger ongoing projects as well as short-term projects throughout the summer that make a real business impact on Sun Country’s objectives.

      The internship dates are June - August. When you apply under this job requisition, your resume will be placed in our candidate database and you will be considered for all internship opportunities within the program.

      Qualifications and Education Requirements
      • Must be currently enrolled as a part-time or full-time student at a college
      • Minimum sophomore status by the time the internship begins
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
      • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
      • Qualified candidates must pass a criminal history background check
      • Able to complete the full 10-week internship program (June-August 2024)
        Preferred Skills
        • On- or off-campus leadership experience
        • Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
        • Proven project coordination skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and establish priorities
        • High degree of organization, self-motivation and creative thinking

        Work Environment

        This job operates in a professional office environment, as well as MSP's Terminal 2 and maintenance facilities. This role routinely uses the Microsoft suite of products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
