What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in developing a systematic literature review focused on solar panel recycling technologies
- Engage in close reading and annotation of research materials
- Utilize refined search methods for data collection and analysis
- Support the writing process towards publication of research findings
- Collaborate with faculty and staff within the Department of Energy and Mineral Engineering
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a current Penn State employee or student, or an external applicant
- Ability to successfully complete background checks in accordance with University policies
- Strong interest in research related to renewable energy and recycling technologies
- Basic knowledge of literature review methodologies
- Strong analytical and writing skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in academic research or related fields
- Familiarity with solar panel technologies and recycling processes
- Skills in data visualization and presentation
- Experience with academic writing and publication processes
