      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Attend staff training and weekly check-ins with the Summer Term staff
      - Assist in setting up events for summer outreach and programs
      - Support program managers in planning and staffing activities for Summer Term Early Start programs
      - Help with various Summer Term projects, including administrative tasks and creating surveys
      - Collaborate with other teams in the Division of Continuing Studies as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a student for the Fall 2026 semester
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
      - Proficiency in Google Suite (docs, slides, sheets, etc.)
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines while maintaining high-quality work
      - Punctual and reliable

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience taking a summer course at UW-Madison
      - Experience mentoring or supporting undergraduate students
      - Familiarity with discussing programs at tabling events
      - Knowledge and experience in event planning and implementation
      - Creative ideas for activities and events to help incoming students acclimate to campus
