      GENERAL FUNCTION

      The Zone Vice President (ZVP) is a leader within the Luxottica organization who drives Zone and company results and OI goals, and oversees the operations for multiple Regions within the assigned Zone.
      The ZVP is a pivotal leader in the Sunglass Hut organization as a leader of leaders. The ZVP is responsible for the annual sales and operating plan, leadership of the Field Management teams, tactical development, and framing a vision for their team. The ZVP supports teams to succeed on all measures - including business performance, customer satisfaction, leadership development, and flawless execution of retail operations and brand standards.
      The ZVP is responsible for identifying and conveying operational issues and Field support requirements to corporate management in order to impact development of improved systems and processes for the business. Additionally, the ZVP drives overall superior performance and professional development of leadership.

      MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Partners with ELT, EFT and Field Leadership to deliver Sunglass Hut business objectives, meet sales goals, and manage controllable expenses.
      • Drives a culture of high sales performance expectations.
      • Analyzes business trends at Zone and Region level to identify behavioral opportunities and/or gaps to drive results.
      • Creates an environment of shared wins through coaching, developing, mentoring and inspiring the team to enhance Zone performance.
      • Networks, recruits and hires top talent to deliver the brand experience, as well as support cross-brand career paths.
      • Inspires leadership growth through formal and informal performance evaluations which assess professional development needs, accomplishments, and achievements of management objectives.
      • Assesses and prioritizes advanced management skill gaps including those related to design and implementation of business plans, forecasts, financial analysis, Associate development, and communication.
      • Creates a fun, inspiring and inclusive work environment that embraces diversity and reflects the culture of the brand.
      • Creates an EMOTIONAL CONNECTION through ensuring consistent delivery of the Store Visit Road Map during every touch point.
      • Pursues 100% customer satisfaction through competent, knowledgeable Associates and leadership.
      • Analyzes and leverages customer feedback to identify patterns to further enhance the customer experience.
      • Promotes a culture that encourages positive customer interactions through flawless delivery of The Sunglass Hut Experience.
      • Serves as a critical strategy planning link between corporate and Field.
      • Influences corporate partners; shares feedback/insights for Field initiatives.
      • Shares insights and opportunities with corporate real estate partners; maintain active involvement in real estate development.
      • Motivates, coaches and inspires the team to be avid brand ambassadors.
      • Supports cross-brand learning and collaboration leading to improved operational efficiencies.
      • Ensures execution of operational expectations through Field Leadership.
      • Identifies and promotes operational trends and industry best practices.

      BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
      • 10+ years retail mutli-store management and operations
      • Drive for Results
      • Comprehensive knowledge of operations, processes, and business implications

      Pay Range: $160,000 - $241235

      Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package Benefits/Incentive Information including health benefits, PTO, 401K, paid family leave, tuition reimbursement, and eyewear discounts.
