      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise, mentor, and coach a team of Paralegal 1s and a Legal Assistant
      - Perform complex legal support functions and assist in litigation processes
      - Compose legal correspondence and prepare pleadings under attorney direction
      - Conduct basic legal research and organize trial notebooks and exhibits
      - Maintain productive working relationships across the division and with clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Combination of four years of experience through paralegal certification or related education
      - Minimum of three years' experience as a Paralegal 1 in Washington State Service
      - Experience in preparing legal pleadings and correspondence
      - Ability to supervise and evaluate legal support professionals
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in managing case documents and organizing discovery materials
      - Familiarity with legal citation verification and legal research
      - Demonstrated ability to foster teamwork and collaboration in a work environment
      - Knowledge of Washington State legal procedures and court rules
