      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise the work of call center staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures
      - Interview and recommend hiring and promotions of contact center staff in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and HR
      - Develop work schedules and assign duties to ensure operational efficiency
      - Evaluate employees' job performance and recommend appropriate personnel actions
      - Provide coaching and identify training needs for direct reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must reside in the U.S. and be a U.S. citizen
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field
      - 3-5 years of relevant professional experience required
      - Ability to navigate Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and write using proper grammar and punctuation
      - Must pass a criminal background check and not be delinquent on any Federal Student Loans

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of a degree
      - Experience in a call center or customer service environment
