      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise and support a team of Data Insight Analysts, providing guidance and performance feedback
      - Collaborate with the Manager, Client Reporting + Analytics to align team goals with organizational objectives
      - Oversee the development and delivery of operational reports and data insights
      - Act as a liaison between Data Insight Analysts and cross-functional teams to address client requirements
      - Monitor team performance, identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within data analysis and reporting
      - Proficiency in SQL with the ability to extract and analyze complex datasets
      - Experience using Tableau for developing insights and facilitating data-driven decision-making
      - Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate team members
