  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Supervise daily operations of the Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) program within the region
  - Ensure compliance with clinical documentation standards and guidelines
  - Provide training and education to Clinical Documentation Specialists (CDS) to enhance skills
  - Collaborate with clinicians and coding teams to facilitate accurate documentation
  - Monitor performance and quality metrics while identifying areas for improvement
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s Degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare related field, or Nursing
  - Current licensure as an RN, RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or equivalent
  - Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a clinical documentation integrity program
  - At least two (2) years of supervisory experience in a hospital setting
  - Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, coding guidelines, and DRG reimbursement
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Certification as a Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS) or Certified Documentation Improvement Professional (CDIP)
  - Experience with 3M CDI Software and Epic EMR
  - Proven ability to manage diverse teams in both onsite and remote settings
  - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills related to clinical documentation
  - Understanding of the Catholic health ministry and evolving healthcare delivery systems
