      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise and collaborate to ensure accurate clinical documentation in medical records
      - Identify educational opportunities through audits and chart reviews
      - Trend data and produce reports in collaboration with the CDI Auditor
      - Maintain knowledge of clinical severity capture for appropriate service levels
      - Ensure compliance with updates from CMS and other payers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of three (3) years' experience as a Registered Nurse
      - Recent Clinical Documentation Specialist experience required
      - Certification as a Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS) or Certified Document Improvement Practitioner (CDIP) required
      - 4-year RN Bachelor Level Degree
      - Knowledge of MS-DRGs and ICD-10 preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with MS DRGs and ICD-10
      - Previous involvement in educational initiatives related to clinical documentation
