What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure clinical sites provide support for nursing students' clinical practice needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with site leadership to enhance student experiences
- Supervise and evaluate clinical faculty to ensure compliance with program standards
- Conduct ongoing program evaluations to maintain quality standards in student learning
- Represent the nursing program to external constituencies and support community relations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree in Nursing
- One (1) year experience teaching in prelicensure registered nursing programs
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of instruction
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in clinical settings, including weekends and holidays
- Basic management knowledge for scheduling, coaching, and process execution
