      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and motivate a team of collections professionals to achieve performance goals
      - Conduct regular call reviews and provide feedback and coaching to staff
      - Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and staffing KPIs
      - Resolve escalated customer issues and maintain compliance with collection processes
      - Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating collection staff to enhance performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of collections experience, with at least 1 year in a management role
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities
      - Ability to lead effectively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment

      - Experience in managing call center operations
      - Proficiency in business-related computer programs
      - Exceptional negotiation skills and comfort in presenting to various organizational levels
