      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure compliance of programs with industry and employer standards and specifications
      - Collaborate with shared service functions to complete programs safely and efficiently
      - Assign tasks, remove obstacles, and delegate assignments to appropriate team members
      - Develop efficient multiyear program schedules in collaboration with program sponsors
      - Provide high levels of customer service by sharing program status and performance indicators

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Engineering degree
      - Minimum of 7 years of related experience
      - Strong understanding of project management methods; Project Management certification (PMI) is an asset
      - Well-developed problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills
      - Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between the US and Canada

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in facility or tank engineering and construction
