What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team of healthcare services professionals
- Implement health management, care management, and utilization management programs in compliance with regulations
- Assess and evaluate operational efficiency and day-to-day functions
- Train and support team members to ensure high-risk, complex members receive adequate support
- Collaborate with leadership to address operational issues and resource needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 5 years of healthcare experience, with a minimum of 2 years in managed care
- Active and unrestricted clinical licensure (RN, LVN, LPN, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LMSW) as required by state regulations
- Ability to manage conflict and lead through change
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Certification as a Certified Case Manager (CCM) or in Health Care Management (CPHM)
- Experience with Medicaid/Medicare populations
- Clinical experience
- Supervisory or leadership experience
