      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team in care management, utilization management, and other healthcare services
      - Implement program activities in compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
      - Assist in training and orienting staff to enhance efficiency and service excellence
      - Monitor staff performance and assist in performance appraisals
      - Collaborate with healthcare leadership on operational issues and resource needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 5 years of healthcare experience, with a minimum of 2 years in managed care
      - Active and unrestricted clinical licensure as an RN, LVN, LPN, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LMSW, as required by state regulations
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Operational and process improvement experience
      - Ability to manage conflict and lead through change

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
      - Certified Case Manager (CCM) or other relevant healthcare management certifications
      - Experience working with Medicaid/Medicare populations
      - Clinical experience in healthcare settings
      - Supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare environment
