What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage day-to-day operations and team tasks related to payment solutions, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Provide leadership, training, and support to team members to enhance performance and service delivery
- Conduct quality assurance audits and address compliance violations or customer complaints
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective partnerships and process improvements
- Track team performance and conduct annual performance reviews to foster career development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate Degree (preferred) or equivalent professional experience in banking operations (required)
- Minimum of 7+ years of Bank Operations experience in a "back office" capacity (required)
- At least 3+ years of supervisory or management experience (required)
- Proficiency with MS Office programs and strong attention to detail
- Extensive knowledge of ACH, Wire, or Treasury Management operational duties, policies, and procedures
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), Accredited ACH Professional (AAP), or Accredited Payments Risk Professional (APRP) or equivalent industry-related accreditation
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a leadership capacity
- Ability to influence and train team members effectively
- Advanced knowledge of payment operations and related federal regulations
- Experience with innovative system functionality and product testing
