      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise staff responsible for quality improvement strategies and compliance activities
      - Define and document quality improvement policies and procedures
      - Identify and report process gaps that may affect member care
      - Manage internal and external vendor communications
      - Implement, monitor, and evaluate quality improvement interventions and compliance activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Registered Nursing License
      - 2 years of leadership experience
      - Minimum 5-7 years of clinical experience
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience
      - 4 years' experience in healthcare with 2 years in health plan quality improvement

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree in Clinical Quality, Public Health, or Healthcare
      - HEDIS reporting or collection experience
      - Certified Professional in Health Quality (CPHQ)
      - Nursing License (RN)
      - Project management and team building experience
