What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise, mentor, and coach a team of 10-25 teammates to ensure performance and productivity
- Conduct performance evaluations and manage staffing plans, including recruitment and retention
- Oversee special projects, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion of deliverables
- Identify and address performance gaps through root cause analysis and process improvements
- Develop and maintain documentation to support continuous improvement efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Over 2 years of related supervisory experience
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
- Proven track record of leading change or operations through influence
