      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee timekeeping functions for Virtual Monitor Technician and Medical Observer staff, including daily reconciliation and payroll processing
      - Coordinate with the Nurse Manager to maintain communication and implement changes in the department
      - Serve as the key contact for nightshift staff, providing guidance and support
      - Assist in report development and maintenance for departmental data tracking
      - Ensure effective staffing, scheduling, and adherence to productivity targets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of one (1) year experience in a patient care setting or supervisory experience
      - Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
      - Critical thinking skills and ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business administration, IT, or related field
      - One (1) year of leadership or supervisory experience, including team coordination and performance management
      - Experience with timekeeping and scheduling processes
      - Proactive approach to problem-solving and effective communication
      - Familiarity with virtual monitoring systems and patient safety protocols
