What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and approve daily research notes to ensure compliance with FINRA/CIRO regulations
- Edit and review large publications, industry reports, video scripts, and marketing materials
- Ensure timely release of all research reports
- Confirm investment thesis and valuation of equity securities are clearly presented
- Liaise with research analysts over wording, regulatory concerns, and numerical inconsistencies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- FINRA Series 16 registered
- Minimum of five years of experience as a supervisory analyst
- Completion of Partners, Directors and Senior Officers (PDO) exam (CIRO)
- Strong editing and proofreading skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of BlueMatrix publishing system
- Strong written communication skills
- Conservative mindset when reviewing materials from a compliance perspective
- Experience in a securities firm
- Strong decision-making skills
