      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review all equity research products for compliance with FINRA, FCA, IIROC, and company policies
      - Edit and oversee compliance of research materials before public release
      - Ensure timely publication of research reports and materials
      - Participate in team meetings, which may occur outside of regular work hours
      - Perform additional related duties as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Supervisory Analyst
      - Strong knowledge of FINRA rules and regulations; knowledge of FCA, FINMA, and CIRO is helpful
      - Experience editing securities documents
      - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Ability to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with the Blue Matrix publishing system
      - Strong financial services background
      - Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
      - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance
