- Experience in assessing and forecasting supplier capacity to meet demand.

- Negotiation and Contract Management
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and conditions with suppliers.
- Ability to manage contracts, including terms, conditions, and compliance.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and technology.
- Knowledge of automotive industry standards and requirements.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Proficiency in analyzing data to monitor supplier performance and capacity utilization.
- Ability to generate reports and present findings to management.
- Risk Management:
- Skills in identifying and mitigating supply chain risks, including supply disruptions and quality issues.
- Experience with contingency planning and risk assessment.
- Relationship Management
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and production.
- Communication Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
- Ability to convey technical and business information clearly and concisely.
- Technical Tools Proficiency:
- Familiarity with procurement and supply chain management software.
- Proficiency in using tools like ERP systems, SAP, and advanced Excel functions.
- Strategic Thinking:
- Ability to develop and implement long-term strategies for supplier capacity management.
- Understanding of market trends and their impact on supply chain dynamics.

Purpose:
· To define, coordinate and implement Supply strategies for Semis & Standards category (End to End) at a global level.
Focus/ Objective:
· To focus on being a voice to the supplier in key aspects such as strategy, quotes, pricing, LTA ‘s and contracts

· Extensive experience in strategic sourcing with regional and a global level.
· Basic knowledge of different manufacturing methods around Semiconductor area.
· Extensive experience in Negotiation Management and Negotiation Tactics
· Wide range know-how in Supplier Management and Supplier Relationship
· Good understanding of Contract Management
· Strong Project Management and Communication skills
· Experience in working in international environments and managing Stakeholders of varying Management Levels
Other preferred skills:
· Self-motivated individual with passion towards state-of-the-art computer vision technologies.
· Strong written and oral communications skills, Clear communication skills (English); Knowledge of German language would be an advantage.
· Embodies and inculcates organization values and creates a learning culture to self and others in the team.
· Ability to work effectively within a team structure as well as being a strong individual contributor.
· Ability to effectively interface with and brief technical solutions to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
· Graduated from a top-tier university with a Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Electronics/Electrical Engineering with specialization in Procurement minimum 15+Years.
· 5 to 10 years of work experience in a matrix organization preferably with a global presence
