      Compensation Range: $95,000-$130,000 base + bonus

      The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on the applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

      Location: REMOTE based in the United States or HYBRID in Chicago, IL or Boston, MA

      What this opportunity involves:
      JLL has a strong commitment to incorporating small, disadvantaged and diverse businesses into its supply chain globally. Our global spend with diverse suppliers reached $1.97 billion in 2021 alone, and we have set a target to reach $2.5 billion by 2025. Reporting to the ESG Lead Americas – Sourcing and Procurement, the Supplier Diversity Manager will be responsible for the program management, reporting, analysis and engagement related to diverse suppliers in the Americas region. The Supplier Diversity Manager will join the Global Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Sourcing and Procurement (S&P) Team, which is a new function within JLL S&P. The Global ESG team has a fantastic opportunity to incorporate ESG into annual procurement spend of ~$10 billion for JLL’s corporate operations and on behalf of clients. Additionally, the Global ESG Team is responsible for the data collection, validation and performance against our $2.5B target in collaboration with key partners throughout Sourcing and Procurement.

      What this role involves:

      • Contribute to and execute annual plans around increasing diverse spend in line with our regional and global targets, in partnership with ESG Sourcing teammates and client account delivery teams
      • Managing the data process and governance around our diverse supplier data across multiple countries and categories, ensuring it is complete and accurate in the region
      • Identifying diverse suppliers and increasing their capabilities to meet JLL and client needs
      • Developing supplier development and mentorship program for diverse suppliers
      • Building and maintaining a strong partnership with external diversity organizations (e.g., National Veteran Business Development Council and WEConnect International)
      • Attending and speaking at Supplier Diversity events where relevant either internally or externally
      • Developing, maintaining and sharing standard Supplier Diversity collateral that can be used in bids, RFx and for other purposes
      • Providing Supplier Diversity training internally and to suppliers
      • Building an industry-leading and commercially recognized Supplier Diversity program
      • Staying on top of best practices industry-wide and more broadly around Supplier Diversity in the Americas

      • Supplier diversity experience and knowledge (essential) and passion for broader ESG topics such as greenhouse gas emissions, waste, elimination of Modern Slavery, human rights, etc.
      • Expertise in data analysis including strong Excel skills
      • Ability to influence and communicate across Sourcing & Procurement and business lines
      • Ability to represent Sourcing and Procurement as a consultant to account and business line leaders
      • An excellent change manager with a proven track record of driving results
      • Experience of external client facing situations
      • Experience in strategic sourcing / procurement or other relevant business experience
      • Experience of working with suppliers across the Americas region
      • Willingness to travel, as required
      • English is required, with Spanish (and/or French and/or Portuguese, to a lesser degree) fluency a plus

      Estimated compensation for this position is:

      110,000.00 – 130,000.00 USD
