What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive supplier conversion by conducting outbound and inbound outreach to transition suppliers to electronic payment methods and merchant services
- Lead discovery conversations to identify current acceptance methods and recommend optimal enablement paths
- Manage the end-to-end merchant services enablement process, including qualification and application workflows
- Maintain an assigned pipeline with disciplined follow-up and accurate CRM documentation
- Track enrollment and conversion metrics while identifying workflow gaps and contributing to process improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years in a supplier-facing payments role with ownership of outcomes
- Proven track record of converting suppliers to payment methods and managing activation timelines
- Experience in merchant services, including onboarding and understanding the activation process
- Exposure to B2B payments in fintech or related environments with high-volume vendor outreach
- Working knowledge of payment rails such as virtual card and ACH, along with strong CRM discipline
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales or onboarding of merchants/suppliers into acquiring solutions
- Ability to manage multiple suppliers and workflows simultaneously while maintaining data quality
- Strong communication skills to effectively handle supplier discovery calls and objections
