What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments on new and existing suppliers, evaluating financial stability, business continuity, and regulatory compliance
- Collect, analyze, and interpret supplier risk data to identify potential risk exposures
- Document and escalate high-risk findings to appropriate stakeholders in accordance with procedures
- Track and follow up on remediation items and risk mitigation activities using the internal Risk Management System
- Provide guidance and support to internal business units on third-party risk management requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is a plus
- 1–3 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, supplier risk management, compliance, or audit
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data and identify risk patterns
- Solid understanding of risk management principles and vendor oversight practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CTPRP, CISA, CRISC, CISM)
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with robust time-management and prioritization skills
- Comfort using or willingness to learn workflow tools (e.g., Power Automate, SharePoint, PowerBI)
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and quality of work
