What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Supplier Relationship Management team in identifying suppliers not in the Ariba Risk system
- Monitor all suppliers in the client’s Ariba Risk module and report any associated risks
- Assist in the implementation of the enterprise-wide Third Party Risk Management Program
- Track and report the status of active supplier-related claims
- Provide weekly reports on supply chain risks and collaborate with internal stakeholders for resolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint
- Competence in collecting and analyzing data
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with PowerPoint/Visio for visual data depiction
- Familiarity with Tableau and Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Previous experience in a supplier risk management or compliance role
