Job Description

- Acts as project lead and aligns cross functionally on responsibilities by team and targeted "go live" date of new vendors/new stores.
- Owns project from inception to "go live".
- Works with vendors to obtain required information for set up across departments and systems (Accounting, Merchandising, IT)
- Ensures new vendor is set up for ordering, invoicing, and item assortment
- Collects, reviews, and submits required internal forms for processing across systems
- Ability to pull data, compare and find patterns within data to make meaningful decisions
- Attention to detail
- Familiarity with DSD, wholesale and CDC distribution channels preferred
- Strong excel skills - formulas, pivot tables
- Excellent organization and time management skills

Direct Hire 1099 or W2 only.
The client is not offering subcontracting for this position.
This role is onsite in Irving, TX.
The Supplier Support Analyst supports on-boarding new vendors and/or new stores associated with acquisitions, store back-office system transitions, organic new stores, and/or new product line launches. Pattern analysis is required to support additional activities such as wholesale and CDC store changes, vendor acquisitions, assortment changes between vendors and new stores.
