What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to inventory levels, production schedules, and customer demand
- Evaluate forecasts to maintain an understanding of long-range supply and demand for key items
- Develop reports and monitor critical KPIs to manage and improve production schedule adherence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product development and supply chain planning
- Prepare data for bi-weekly KPI review meetings to promote transparency and continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field and five years of production planning experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- Advanced analytical abilities for supply and demand planning processes
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, including vineyard and production areas
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in SAP and SAP IBP
- APICS certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM)
- Prior experience in the wine industry or knowledge of the three-tier system of alcohol distribution
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a bonus
