What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the primary contact for all supply-related issues concerning products/accounts
- Conduct customer forecasting by product and participate in consensus calls with distribution customers
- Perform sell-thru forecasting and inventory simulation
- Create and distribute reports based on production and inventory data
- Monitor work processes to ensure compliance with standards and specifications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8-10 years of related experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze costs related to manufacturing, labor, and materials

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of laws and regulations related to shipping and production
- Previous experience in supply chain or logistics roles
