What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the management of system-wide contract-related information and compliance
- Conduct data analytics for daily, monthly, and annual operating metrics and dashboards
- Monitor compliance for contracts and analyze contract utilization and proposal data
- Create reports, charts, and graphs from various data sources to facilitate discussions
- Utilize data mining tools to manage databases and generate auto-reporting systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration with a focus on Data and Business Analysis, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of analytics and reporting experience, preferably in a materials management or operations environment
- Proven ability to analyze and comprehend large amounts of data
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated customer focus with effective communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3 to 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, focusing on Procurement and Accounts Payable modules
- Proficiency in handling EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) transactions related to Procurement and Accounts Payable
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes
- Oracle certifications in relevant ERP modules or functions
