      CPS (Commercial Products Supply) is a key part of the Technical, Innovation, & Supply Chain function of The Coca-Cola Company. CPS manufactures concentrates and beverage bases for sale to bottling partners all over the world. This global organization manages a network of 19 manufacturing plants in 18 different countries.

      As the Supply Chain Capabilities Manager, you will be a part of designing, delivering and measuring the capabilities strategy for supply chain colleagues in some of the most technologically advanced concentrate plants in the world, and a part of the industry 4.0 journey at The Coca-Cola Company. The Supply Chain Capabilities Manager will require a visionary mindset and resilience to chart new frontiers, practical supply chain and technical experience to understand and build programs to business needs, deep training operations experience, change management and culture awareness for long-term success, high EQ to operate from a human-centered perspective and skilled senior stakeholder management.

      What You’ll Do for Us

      Program development and design

      • Develop a comprehensive Supply Chain capabilities program to skill and upskill associates in the supply chain organization to deliver value for CPS, with special emphasis on end-to-end planning, global materials planning, growth mindsets and behaviors, and influencing and leveraging the network of The Coca-Cola Company
      • Work closely with the global CPS Capabilities Senior Director and Center of Excellence to scale capability-building best practices and strategy and ensure alignment with global standards.
      • Lead in the creation of a Supply Chain onboarding program with knowledge of the operational, technology, and systems capabilities needed to deliver value.
      • Short and long term strategic experience to meet current requirements for Supply capabilities and develop the roadmap for future capabilities, e.g. Future of Work implementation.
      • Translate business and functional needs effectively to build skilling programs that leverage on-the-job learning opportunities, peer/cohort learning, and digital and data platforms, e.g., e-learnings.

      Collaborate with internal and external partners

      • Collaborate closely with internal and external subject matter experts on the ideation, creation, development and implementation of capability programs.
      • Build key partnerships with HR manager and CPS site managers to scale Supply Chain initiatives globally.
      • Benchmark externally on the best practices to identify core strategies for up-skilling Supply Chain talent.

      Stakeholder management and influence

      • Cross-functional stakeholder management including but not limited to, enterprise capability leaders, supply chain leadership, site GMs, and enabling functions like HR for a holistic approach to capability building.
      • Create and optimize a Supply Chain capabilities delivery budget in alignment with CPS Capabilities Senior Director, Supply Chain Center of Excellence, and other relevant stakeholders.
      • Identify and drive the culture, mindsets, and communications required for successful adoption of new ways of working.

      Drive impact

      • Lead in Supply Chain capabilities program assessment including tracking attendance/completions, identifying key effectiveness metrics, identifying gaps and building programs to close them.
      • Provide feedback to continuously improve supply chain capabilities and CPS capability Center of Excellence.
      • Design and deliver engaging learning experiences that contribute to the distinctive employee value proposition of The Coca-Cola Company
      • Demonstrate and promote the values of The Coca-Cola Company

      Qualifications & Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Business Operations, Frontline Operations/Experience, Learning and Development or related field, post-graduate degree is desirable.
      • 10+ years of professional experience, preferably in a global matrixed organization
      • Minimum 5 years’ experience in training/learning and development with preference for supply chain-specific programming
      • Demonstrated experience in competency modelling, skill assessment, instructional design and learning development programs both at individual contributor and management levels.
      • Awareness and advocate of Industry 4.0 opportunities and experience implementing use cases in a digital environment.
      • Ability to navigate ambiguity with a growth mindset with a focus of translating strategy to implementation.
      • Detail-oriented, analytical, and creative thinker with passion to improve and digitize work processes.
      • Excellent project management, planning and organization skills and ability to deliver to specified deadlines.
      • Ability to thrive in diverse cultural environment.
      • Skilled in managing by influence and experience communicating with senior stakeholders and business and functional leaders.
      • Demonstrated ability to get results in a matrixed organization.
      • Seeks and scales internal and external trends and best practices.
      • Drives change in a fast-paced environment.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP, IBP systems and other Supply Chain technologies
      • Knowledge of APICS and relevant industry standards
      • Ability to travel as needed to CPS supply chain locations, 10-15%

      Pay Range:

      $150,800 - $172,900

      Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
