      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead project management initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and supply chain professionals
      - Develop and manage project schedules with realistic timelines, milestones, and responsible parties
      - Create and implement a change management plan for the organization
      - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while effectively addressing risks and issues
      - Facilitate team meetings and produce accurate reporting of project status throughout its life cycle

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or Supply Chain
      - Five or more years of experience in Project Management, Supply Chain, or Business Transformation
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong project management skills with change management experience
      - Advanced experience with Google Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Working knowledge of Supply Chain and Procurement processes
      - PMP certification
