      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead successful implementation of Workday's supply chain solutions for healthcare clients
      - Configure and test systems in accordance with customer requirements across multiple concurrent projects
      - Act as a domain specialist in the supply chain life cycle, including procurement, inventory, and contract management
      - Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert recommendations
      - Analyze and gather requirements to ensure project clarity and alignment with stakeholder expectations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 7 years of functional experience in Spend Management for medium to large healthcare enterprises
      - 7+ years of experience with Supply Chain applications such as Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Lawson, McKesson, or Meditech
      - Proven consulting experience of at least 7 years
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant working experience
      - Ability to travel up to 50%

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Understanding of various inventory valuation methods and basic financial transactions
      - Experience implementing technologies including EDI and Punchout
      - Strong industry knowledge and awareness of current trends and regulatory environments
      - Proven mentorship skills and ability to foster individual growth and development
      - Exceptional relationship management skills to build and maintain strong client and colleague relationships
