What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage ticket queues using Jira and ServiceNow
- Provide EFT support through emails, including account lockouts and transfer failures
- Monitor transfers using AWS CloudWatch and troubleshoot failures
- Conduct presentations with external stakeholders regarding the EFT system
- Supervise and train new hires on tier 1 and tier 2 tasks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with SQL and databases
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with AWS, CloudWatch, S3, and Step Functions
- Experience with Unix/Linux systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead meetings with clients
- Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
