What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming calls from patients to assist with orders, inquiries, and complaints
- Create support tickets for customer issues and troubleshoot Tier 1 problems
- Conduct database lookups and update patient records as necessary
- Follow up on open tickets and ensure resolution for customer inquiries
- Maintain compliance with performance and attendance standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least two (2) years of customer service experience
- Experience supporting customers via phone, email, and chat preferred
- Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to handle challenging situations
- Proficient computer skills, including data entry and word processing
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Familiarity with Android, iOS, and Windows devices
- Metrics-driven mindset with a proven ability to manage high volumes of customer interactions
