      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist customers in resolving issues related to the employer's software platform
      - Utilize internal tools to troubleshoot customer tickets within the Labor and Inventory product suites
      - Collaborate with a global team to enhance the customer experience
      - Provide technical support to Sales and Success teams for account management
      - Represent the voice of the customer to inform product and engineering teams of customer needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-2 years of remote application support experience
      - 2-4 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
      - Ability to work in a high-stress environment while managing multiple priorities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with a distributed/remote team
      - Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Zendesk
      - SQL knowledge and ability to troubleshoot networking protocols
      - Experience supporting the restaurant, convenience store, or grocery industry verticals
      - Understanding of inventory and labor management tools and reports
