      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Participate in projects to collaborate with university partners to optimize and advance software systems
      - Review, test, and troubleshoot product phases, updates, and releases
      - Develop an understanding of the interdependencies and sharing of data within student system integrations
      - Provide direct feedback to promote engagement, collaboration, and communication
      - Configure, maintain, and advance systems used to support daily operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of experience in financial aid
      - Experience with system platforms in financial aid including Banner, Unify, and Perceptive Content
      - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
      - Creative mindset to promote and improve systematic thinking and daily operations
      - Successful access to the National Student Loan Data System with no federal student loans in default

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a higher education environment
      - Familiarity with regulatory compliance in financial aid processing
      - Strong analytical skills to assess and enhance operational processes
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
